Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms govern the registration and participation in the Masterclasses ("Sulcus Zeroing Technique") offered by the De Stefano Dental Clinic.

2. Registration and Payment

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. Prices displayed include VAT. The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer no later than 10 days before the course starts.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• After registration is confirmed, the deposit acts as a guarantee for the organization and is retained in case of withdrawal or non-attendance to cover administrative costs.
• Where a refund is authorized, only the balance paid may be refunded; the deposit is non-refundable.
• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Masterclass. In such cases, a full refund of the paid fee will be issued.

4. Intellectual Property

All educational materials provided during the Masterclasses remain the exclusive property of Dr. Maurizio De Stefano. Reproduction, distribution, or audio/video recording is strictly prohibited without explicit consent.
