Data is processed by authorized staff and stored in the Controller's digital database, including for informational communications about organized events.

3. Purpose of Processing

Data is used exclusively to:

• Respond to inquiries submitted via the contact form.
• Manage registration, deposit and balance payments, billing, and communications related to Masterclasses.
• Fulfill tax and legal obligations.

4. Data Retention

Contact inquiry data is retained as long as necessary to process the request. Billing data for Masterclasses is stored for 10 years in compliance with Italian law.
